Thank You Soapstone Creek Volunteers
Thank You, Soapstone Volunteers!
You Came. You Worked. You Helped a Creek.
To everyone who rolled up their sleeves, got their boots dirty, moved rocks, planted vegetation, carried supplies, or otherwise gave Soapstone Creek a helping hand—thank you.
We hope your experience was every bit as rewarding to you as your work was beneficial to the Soapstone watershed. You may have gone home tired, muddy, sunburned, sore, or wondering why conservation projects never seem to involve reclining chairs. But because of your effort, Soapstone Creek and the waters downstream are healthier, stronger, and better prepared for the future.

Seriously—Thank You
Healthy fisheries do not happen by accident. They are protected and restored by people willing to contribute their time, energy, knowledge and, occasionally, the cleanliness of their boots.
Soapstone Watershed is better because you showed up.
