Joining HCFF is a simple two-step process:

1. Join our email list by providing your contact information and we’ll keep you posted on club activities. You may also use this form to update your information if it’s changed.
2. Use your credit card or PayPal account to make your $30 annual donation.

That’s all there is to it. We look forward to seeing you at meetings and fishouts.

A note about email.

With the ever-growing flood of emails, spam filters on mail servers work tirelessly to keep unwanted messages out of your inbox. Unfortunately, this vigilance can sometimes catch legitimate emails in the crossfire, including important messages from HCFF.

To ensure you don’t miss HCFF updates, simply check your spam folder regularly. If you find emails from HCFF there, it’s easy to fix:

1. Whitelist the sender: Locate the email from HCFF in your spam folder. Most email clients have an option to “whitelist” or “mark as safe” the sender’s address. This tells your spam filter to always deliver emails from that address to your inbox.
2. Check your spam filter settings: Some email clients allow you to adjust the sensitivity of the spam filter. Consider fine-tuning your settings to reduce the chance of important emails being caught in the spam trap.

By taking these simple steps, you can ensure you receive all the important emails you need, without getting bogged down by spam.

We request a $30 annual donation to help support club activities, which include guest speakers, conservation activities, educational programs such as Trout in the Classroom and community service activities such as Casting for Recovery, a program for women undergoing treatment for or recovering from breast cancer. Your donation,  along with our volunteer HCFF members, helps us perform these important tasks. Thank you!
