Trout Unlimited Chapter 599

Why Your Donation Matters

Every dollar donated to High Country Fly Fishers (HCFF) helps protect and restore the waters we love, support conservation education, and sustain the programs and activities that keep our chapter strong and active within the community. Without donations our club could not exist!

  • Local Conservation Projects: Restore trout habitat, improve stream access, and preserve coldwater fisheries in partnership with Trout Unlimited and local agencies.
  • Trout in the Classroom:
Give students hands-on science—raising trout from eggs to release while learning about ecosystems, water quality, and stewardship.
  • Henry’s Fork Foundation:
Support research and river management that sustains one of the West’s most iconic fisheries.
  • Veterans’ Programs:
We support efforts like Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing  to provide healing time on the water and a supportive community for those who have served.
  • Women in Fly Fishing:We’re committed to welcoming, skills-focused events that expand opportunities and build community. We also support causes like Casting for Recovery.

Your annual contribution — and any additional gift— or perhaps a donation in memory of someone special, keeps these programs thriving. Together we’re keeping our local waters healthy, our community engaged, and our passion for fly fishing alive for generations to come.

We request a $30 annual donation to support the club’s meetings, educational programs, and conservation initiatives such as Trout in the Classroom and Casting for Recovery. Your generosity keeps these programs thriving for our community and future anglers.

High Country Fly Fishers is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
